- 3–4 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup melted butter (cooled)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture along with melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
