- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour and softened butter until crumbly. Stir in granulated sugar. Press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Spread whipped cream over cooled crust and arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
