Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
- Spoon dollops of batter onto the prepared sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Assemble by layering cake, strawberries, and whipped cream.
