Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron while preparing the batter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined (lumps are fine).
- Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron with non-stick spray.
- Pour about 1 cup of batter onto the iron and close it; cook for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with syrup or toppings of your choice.
