Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
- Cook quinoa or rice according to package instructions (approximately 15 minutes).
- Chop cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion while grains cook.
- Whisk olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl; set aside.
- Assemble bowls: layer quinoa/rice, sliced steak, veggies, crumbled feta, and drizzle with dressing. Top with fresh herbs.
