- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare your veggies by washing them thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and julienne the carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cucumbers, carrots, avocado slices, and green onions. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
- Gently toss the mixture to coat without mashing the avocado. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to enhance flavors.
