Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and wash the fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
- Slice strawberries in half, chop peaches into bite-sized pieces, and peel and slice kiwis. Combine all in a large mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in blueberries to avoid squishing them.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth. Drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
