Instructions
- Slice the watermelon in half and scoop out about 4 cups of flesh.
- Place the watermelon chunks in a blender and add lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
- Stir in chopped mint leaves and serve over ice cubes.
