- Sirloin or Tenderloin Steak
- Unsalted Butter
- Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Parsley
- Heavy Cream
- Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fettuccine or Penne Pasta
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and heat half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 30 seconds before adding the steak bites. Cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and stir in grated Parmesan cheese over low heat until smooth.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the steak and creamy sauce.
- Finish with chopped parsley before serving hot, ideally with crusty bread.
