Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, draining excess fat.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef; stir until fragrant.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain and add to the skillet.
- Reduce heat and stir in butter until melted. Gradually mix in milk and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Combine all ingredients gently until heated through; adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
