Potatoes
  • 1 pound mini potatoes washed and halved
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved mini potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned mini potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
