Method
 

Prepare the Avocado
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mash the avocado with a fork until creamy but still chunky.
Toast the Bread
  1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the Toast
  1. Spread a generous amount of the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread.
