Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Return the beef to the wok. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Feel free to add or substitute any vegetables based on your preference. Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
