Method
Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced grilled chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
