Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta or your choice of pasta
Chicken
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta and sliced grilled chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
