Prepare the Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add black beans, refried beans, corn, salsa, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the tortillas on the bottom.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas, then sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
