Method
Prepare the Dressing
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Prepare the Salad
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce to the bowl with the dressing and toss until the lettuce is well coated.
- Sprinkle the croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the salad.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve
- Divide the salad among serving plates and serve immediately.
Notes
For added protein, consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp to the salad.
