Ingredients
  

Taco Shells
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup water as needed
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare Taco Shells
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Press the circles into taco shell molds and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Make Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until light and fluffy.
Assemble Tacos
  1. Once taco shells are cooled, fill each shell with cheesecake filling.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
