Prepare Ingredients
- Drain the canned chicken and shred it with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Chop the celery and halve the grapes.
Mix Salad
- Add the chopped celery, halved grapes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the chicken.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
Add Optional Ingredients
- If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
Serve
- Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.

This chicken salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
