Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cans canned chicken drained and shredded
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mixed greens for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Drain the canned chicken and place it in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to shred the chicken into smaller pieces.
  2. Dice the celery and halve the grape tomatoes. Add them to the mixing bowl with the chicken.
Mix the Salad
  1. In the mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Serve
  1. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of mixed greens or in a sandwich. Enjoy!
