Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the goat cheese evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Top with spinach, red onion, red bell pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
Bake the Pizza
- Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
