Ingredients

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water about 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • 4 ounces goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
  4. Spread the goat cheese evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Top with spinach, red onion, red bell pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences. Adding olives or sun-dried tomatoes can enhance the flavor.
