  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional for added flavor

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the dressing to a jar with a lid for storage.

Notes

This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
