Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Kielbasa
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove kielbasa from skillet and set aside.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion.
  2. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Return the kielbasa to the skillet and pour in the chicken broth.
  2. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  3. Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes until heated through.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  2. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for extra flavor.
