Cooking the Kielbasa
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the kielbasa from the skillet and set aside.

- Add the diced potatoes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Return the kielbasa to the skillet and cover.
- Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Serving
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
