Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
