  • 2 cups diced mango ripe
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
  3. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Great with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
