Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

Prepare the Mocktail
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the fresh mint leaves and muddle gently to release the mint flavor.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into serving glasses filled with ice.
  5. Top each glass with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fruit juices based on your preference. You can also add slices of citrus fruits for extra flavor.
