Ingredients
  

Fruit Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup club soda for fizz
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, adjust to taste
Garnishes
  • 4 slices lime for garnish
  • 4 slices orange for garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Mocktail Base
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh orange juice, fresh pineapple juice, and honey. Stir well to mix.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Assemble the Mocktails
  1. Strain the mixture into serving glasses filled with ice.
  2. Top each glass with club soda for a fizzy finish.
