  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup green beans trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in carrots and green beans, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
