Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the onions to about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the onion slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Baking
- Spread the onion slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover chips in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
