Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 medium peaches peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness of peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a greased baking dish.
Make the Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and salt.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach filling in the baking dish.
Bake the Dessert
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
