  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit raisins or cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon for added flavor

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
Add Optional Ingredients
  1. If desired, fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon.
Form Balls
  1. Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
