Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows 10 oz
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, if using.
  5. Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down evenly with a spatula.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
