Ingredients
  

Fruit Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
Liquid Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness
Extras
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added fiber
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, and spinach to the blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
