Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Add the filling
  1. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
  2. In a bowl, mix the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips together.
  3. Pour the chocolate chip mixture over the marshmallows, spreading it evenly.
Bake and cool
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving.
