Method
Prepare the crust
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Add the filling
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
- In a bowl, mix the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips together.
- Pour the chocolate chip mixture over the marshmallows, spreading it evenly.
Bake and cool
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving.
