Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Salad Supreme seasoning
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
Mix the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing and Salad Supreme seasoning.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve
  1. If desired, top with grated parmesan cheese and sliced black olives before serving.
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. The flavors will meld together beautifully.
