  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
Grilled Corn on the Cob
  • 4 ears corn husked
  • 4 tablespoons butter for serving
  • 1 teaspoon salt for serving
Grilled Vegetable Medley
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 yellow squash sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Grilled Chicken Skewers
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Grilled Corn on the Cob
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Place husked corn directly on the grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  3. Serve with butter and salt.
Grilled Vegetable Medley
  1. In a large bowl, toss sliced zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place vegetables in a grill basket and grill for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
