Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
Oil and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fries.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
