  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and chopped mint leaves.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon mixture and gently toss to combine.
