  • 1 medium watermelon seedless, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 cup water to adjust consistency

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds.
  2. Place the watermelon chunks into the blender.
  3. Add lime juice, honey (if using), and water to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  6. Serve chilled over ice, if desired.

Notes

For a twist, add mint leaves or other fruits like strawberries for added flavor.
