EGGLESS BISCOFF BROWNIE IN JUST 2 MINUTES 😱😱 microwave brownie recipe #shorts

🍫3/4 cup Biscoff spread
🍫1/2 cup butter
🍫1/2 cup dark chocolate
🍫1/2 cup yogurt
🍫2 tbsp sugar
🍫1/2 cup maida
🍫4 tbsp cocoa powder
🍫1 tsp baking powder
🍫Biscoff biscuits

Method:
1. Line a tray/mould with parchment paper. Spread an even layer of biscoff spread and freeze it for 2-3 hrs.
2. Now in a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter.
3. Mix in the yogurt and sugar together.
4. To this add maida, baking powder, cocoa powder.
5. Give this all a good mix.
6. Transfer half of the batter to a lined 5”x 5” microwave safe glass dish. Put the frozen biscoff layer and pour the remaining batter on it.
7. Top with some biscoff biscuits.
8. Cook this in the microwave at regular heating mode for 2 mins.
9. Let it cool and enjoy.
