Bacon Jam #shorts

Bacon Jam is a sweet, savory, and salty treat that goes great as a burger topping or on just about everything else. I even put some on an omelet and it was amazing. It's an easy recipe that takes a bit of time, but it is completely worth it.

Recipe:
1 Yellow Onion
1/2 Lb bacon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
