BBQ Shortcuts: Can an InstantPot beat Hot and Fast?

I've been super busy lately and trying to find ways to get good BBQ flavor without having to man the pit for a full day. I compared the hot and fast to going low and slow, but kicking it up a notch when it came time to wrap. Can the Instant Pot beat out the hot and fast method?
