Cleaning your grill is a great way to reduce the risk of a grease fire and help your Weber gas grill last a long time. It doesn't take a lot of time, but has big benefits in the long run. As an added bonus, this grill is now four and a half years old and some parts of aged better than others. If you've wondered when it is time to replace parts, I go over the most common ones.

Don't fall into the trap that a dirty grill is just "seasoning." Most of the grilled flavor comes from the meat juices dropping on the flavorizer bars and burning and not last week's meal.
