Grilled pineapple is one of the best side dishes you can have at a BBQ and I haven't found many people that don't like them. They are easier to make than you think!
Spice Rub for 2 pineapples:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Nutmeg (Optional - for extra spice)
