Why I don't Marinate Chicken

Marinating chicken adds moisture and flavor while improving tenderness and texture of the meat. Or does it? I set out to test four different methods for prepping chicken, including a wet brine, dry brine, and a store-bought marinade and you'll see why marinating your chicken before you grill it may not be a good idea.
