- 2 cups fresh cherries (pitted)
- 3 limes (juiced)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water (for simple syrup)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and pit the cherries. Set aside.
- Juice the limes into a measuring cup.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup water with ½ cup sugar until dissolved.
- In a pitcher, mash the pitted cherries until chunky. Stir in lime juice and simple syrup, then add 4 cups cold water.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnishing with lime slices or whole cherries.
