  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned or carton
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 cup ice optional, for a thicker texture

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. Add the pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and ice to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
